Strategy[edit]
Can provide extra healing/cycling for a tale deck, especially if there are situational tales that might not be wanted. Because the effect is a maneuver, it essentially comes right after site 3's Sanctuary healing, which limits its utility. However, it can make a double move from site 2 to 4 easier, especially through Council Courtyard. It can also help facilitate a triple move from 1 to 4 via Bree Gate or Rivendell Waterfall.
!Balin's Tomb also counters maneuver wounding such as Hate and Ulaire Enquea, Lieutenant of Morgul since the Free People's player can heal immediately before or after these wounds.
